My passion for hair started when I would experiment with various tones of red to express my creative side in my younger years. In 2007, shortly after relocating to Duluth, I decided to pursue a career in the hair industry. A Minnesota native at heart, Duluth captivated me from the first time I stepped foot on the shoreline of Lake Superior.
Ready to pave my own path, I opened the Art of Hair in 2014 with excitement to cater to clients and stylists who are passionate about organic hair care. Playing with different tones of red, a beautiful balayage, & men’s haircuts are all part of what keeps me feeling inspired every day. It is my hope that every client I have the pleasure of meeting leaves the salon feeling confident and beautiful.

I have been in the Beauty Industry since 2004 and have found there is nothing better than sending someone out the salon door feeling and looking like a million bucks. I love playing with blonde transformations, multidimensional brunette looks, color correction, and easy beachy colors that are as low maintenance as they are beautiful.
When I'm not behind the hair chair you can find me either at the barn training my Westfalen filly in the art of dressage, hanging out with my daughter, loving animals, working out, cooking healthy, delicious meals, or just generally having a blast doing whatever I am doing.
